Legal / Agreement
The rules for creating an account, publishing company information and making a one-time Arena payment.
Effective date: not finalized in this development deployment
By creating an account, using authenticated features or starting a payment, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy and Refund notices. If you act for a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. Do not use the service if you cannot enter a binding agreement.
Operator details are not configured in this development deployment. Production launch is blocked until they are supplied and verified.
You must provide accurate account information, keep authentication links and sessions secure, and promptly report suspected compromise. Workspace owners control member access and remain responsible for authorized activity. You may not impersonate another person or claim a company without authority.
Private drafts remain visible only to authorized members and platform operators who need access for security, support or enforcement. Public publication is a separate step tied to eligibility and the payment rules below.
You retain rights in material you submit and grant the operator a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce, format and display it for operating and promoting the TopTier profile and service. You must have the rights needed to submit names, logos, images, links, metrics and evidence.
Profile information and business metrics may be self-declared. You must not fabricate metrics, alter evidence, mislead users or imply that a limited evidence label verifies the company as a whole. TopTier may label, investigate, correct, restrict or remove content, but does not guarantee its accuracy.
The Arena ranks eligible public companies by their net total of one-time EUR payments recorded by TopTier. Paying more may move a company higher; another company can later overtake it. Payment does not establish quality, performance, trust, endorsement or investment merit, and does not buy securities, ownership, returns or financial services.
The minimum payment shown at checkout may make an eligible private profile public after Stripe confirms payment through TopTier’s signed webhook. A browser return page is not proof of payment. Payments are one-time and do not create a subscription. Prices include VAT where it applies, and Stripe issues an invoice for each payment. Before paying, you ask for publication to start immediately and acknowledge that any consumer 14-day right of withdrawal is lost once it begins. TopTier may refuse or reverse publication when a profile is ineligible, unlawful, deceptive, disputed or unsafe.
Refund eligibility and the request process are described in the Refund policy. A refund, chargeback or payment dispute reduces the company’s net Arena total. While a chargeback is open or after it is lost, the disputed amount is withheld; it is restored only if the dispute is decided in TopTier’s favour. If the total falls below the publication minimum, the profile returns to a private draft; prior visibility or rank is not guaranteed.
Do not initiate an unjustified chargeback. Contact support first when possible so the operator can investigate. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
You may not use TopTier to break the law, infringe rights, distribute malware, probe security, scrape abusively, manipulate rankings through fraud, evade payment controls, harass people or publish confidential personal data without authority. Automated access must respect published controls.
TopTier may suspend access, hide or unlist profiles, preserve evidence and cooperate with lawful requests. Where appropriate, the operator will consider context and available appeal information, but urgent protective action may occur without advance notice.
Stripe, authentication providers and external company websites are separate services. Their terms apply to their processing. TopTier is provided on an “as available” basis; rankings, features and availability may change, and no uninterrupted or error-free service is promised.
To the extent permitted by law, the operator disclaims implied warranties and indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. Do not rely on TopTier as financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice.
You may stop using the service and request erasure through account settings. Provisions that must survive—such as payment reconciliation, intellectual property, audit retention and dispute terms—continue as necessary. Material changes will be communicated where required.
Governing law and competent courts are not configured in this development deployment. Production launch is blocked until they are supplied and reviewed.
